We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process: All bookings can be made through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

Scheduling: We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred dates and times. However, all bookings are subject to availability. Our cleaners will arrive within the scheduled time window.

Access to Property: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our cleaners to perform the services. You must ensure that all doors and windows can be safely opened and that our cleaners have access to all areas requiring cleaning.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Quote Validity: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to adjustment after this period.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra services not included in the original quote
• Excessive dirt or neglect requiring additional time
• Parking fees or access costs
• Services required outside standard business hours

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.

Cancellation by Faith Cleaners: We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will provide full refund of any advance payment made.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements
• Remove or secure valuable items, jewellery, and cash
• Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or health and safety concerns
• Ensure pets are secured or removed from the premises during cleaning
• Provide parking access within reasonable distance of the property

7. Our Guarantees and Liability

Service Guarantee: We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.

Liability: Faith Cleaners maintains public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Damage caused by faulty or defective equipment provided by the customer
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Items not disclosed as valuable or fragile

Insurance: All our cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Faith Cleaners and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
